Shipping in Canada & the USA on orders over 150 CAD or more is FREE. In the rest of the world orders over 200CAD or more are FREE.
For customers outside Canada, import duties and taxes are not included in our item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before purchasing from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All products are sent through Canada Post with tracking.
Purchases made in Canada take between 02-14 days and in the USA takes 05 - 14 working days after your payment is processed. The rest of the world takes up to 21 days.
Standard shipping & handling in certain remote areas may take up to 13 - 20 business days.
